Your right to cancel
If you engaged us as a consumer, you may withdraw from our planning service within 14 days of accepting your Engagement Letter, without giving a reason. Because you asked us to start work straight away, if you withdraw before your finalised itinerary has been issued you pay for the part of the work carried out up to the time we receive your notice, as a proportion of the planning fee, and we refund the rest. Once your finalised itinerary has been issued, the service has been fully performed and the right to withdraw no longer applies (Terms & Conditions, section 3).
Travel arrangements contracted with a Supplier (accommodation, transport, car rental, catering and leisure services booked for specific dates) carry no cooling-off right and are governed by that Supplier's terms. If you engaged us for a business, trade or profession, there is no right of withdrawal.
