1. Who we are
StylishJetset (stylishjetset.com, the “Website”) is a digital brand of Mega Commercial Enterprises Limited, a company registered in Ireland under company number 726999, with its registered office at 77 Camden Street Lower, Dublin, D02 XE80, Ireland (“Stylish Jetset”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Contact: [email protected], +353 (87) 148 3870.
By using this Website or engaging our services you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.
2. Nature of our services
Stylish Jetset provides travel curation and concierge coordination services. This includes researching and recommending destinations, accommodation, transport and experiences, and coordinating selected arrangements with third-party suppliers on your behalf.
Where regulated travel bookings, package travel arrangements or linked travel arrangements are required, these are fulfilled and contracted directly between you and appropriately licensed travel partners, tour operators, carriers or individual suppliers (“Suppliers”). In such cases the Supplier’s own terms and conditions apply to the booking, and any statutory protections (such as those under the EU Package Travel Directive) are provided by the relevant licensed Supplier, not by Stylish Jetset. The applicable booking structure will be explained to you before any commitment is made.
3. Scope of engagement and fees
The scope of the concierge service, any planning fee and the booking structure for your journey will be set out and agreed in writing before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed, planning fees relate to curation and coordination work and are non-refundable once that work has commenced.
Payments for travel arrangements themselves are generally made by you directly to the relevant Supplier under that Supplier’s terms, which we will identify to you.
4. Your responsibilities
- Providing accurate information about travellers, dates and requirements;
- Ensuring all travellers hold valid passports, visas, vaccinations and other entry requirements for the destinations concerned;
- Reviewing all itineraries, quotations and booking confirmations for accuracy before confirming;
- Obtaining adequate travel insurance for all travellers, which we strongly recommend for every journey;
- Complying with the terms and conditions of each Supplier whose services you use.
5. Prices and availability
All prices, availability and itineraries communicated to you are indicative until confirmed by the relevant Supplier. Prices may change due to currency movements, fuel surcharges, taxes or Supplier changes outside our control. We will notify you of any material change known to us before you commit.
6. Changes and cancellations
Changes and cancellations of confirmed travel arrangements are governed by the terms of the relevant Supplier, which may include non-refundable elements and cancellation charges. We will assist in communicating and coordinating any changes you request, but we cannot override Supplier terms.
7. Liability
We exercise reasonable skill and care in selecting and coordinating Suppliers. However, Suppliers act as independent contractors and we are not liable for their acts or omissions, nor for loss, damage, injury, delay or expense arising from the services they provide, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Subject to the foregoing, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the total planning fees paid by you to us for the journey concerned.
8. Website content
Content on this Website is provided for general information and inspiration. While we take care to keep it accurate, we make no warranty that it is complete, current or error-free. Travel information (including visa, health and safety guidance) changes frequently; always verify with official sources before travelling. See also our Disclaimer.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law, including the GDPR.
11. General
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of the Website. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published on the Website at the time of your use applies.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available in your country of residence.
